 I understand that this is a non-refundable payment being given for my child/childrens classes with Ann's Swimming School and that it will only be refunded if my child is unable to attend at all, due to medical reasons (nothing else) during the schools entire season and that a doctor's note will be required. I also understand that if my child will not be coming to class I will lose that paid class if I failed to notify the school 3 hours or more before their class and that this applies to each child I have in the class.
