PRICES

The price of the 10 day session is $240.00 per child.

The price of the 9 day session (due to a holiday) is $216.00 per child.

A deposit is required to hold your spot. This must be mailed in when you register along with our deposit form. Do not mail in your check without our deposit form!! The amount is $140.00. This must be made payable to-

The balance due must be paid on the first day of class. The amount will be $100.00 for the 10 day sessions and $76.00 for the 9 day sessions.

There is a discount of $30.00 off the 3rd sibling. This is not given to cousins, friends, etc. only siblings!

Payment is check or cash only. We do not take credit cards.

If you were with us last year and you have any make up classes, please check out the -All about make up classes- page as some changes to our policy have been made.

2010 Schedule for children 19 months of age and older

The class times to choose from are

10,11,12,1,2,3,4,5,6, & 7

After you have decided which session and class time you would like, please call Susie Truby at

 305-661-3820

 and leave a voice message with your name, the best number to reach you (repeating your phone #or speaking slowly,please),the session # and class time you would like and your childs name and age and she will call you back to confirm.

There is no need to call more then once! We sometimes get 30-40 calls per day! Susie calls back in the order we receive the calls, so please be patient! She will call you back, it may just take a day or two.

Also, remember when choosing a session, we do not give make-up classes for vacations, graduation, recitals, other sporting lessons, etc.We will not switch class times around for these reason's either. So, if you choose a session knowing you will be missing classes for any of these reasons, know that you will still have to pay the full amount and no make-up will be given. If this is the case, you might want to choose one that you know you will be able to attend all the classes.

There are no exception's to this rule!! Sorry!

Please remember to have an alternate session and class time when choosing as classes may be canceled if enrollment has not been met or may already be full by the time you call.

Reminder!

You are not signed up until you've called and you've gotten a verbal call back from Susie! And do not mail in your check without a deposit form or without speaking to Susie first!!!!!!!!!

This schedule is not for children under 19 months of age! That is the Parent & Baby classes!

The 1st day of private school- ? None of the schools I called knew yet

A few things to keep in mind when choosing your session

1. You must take both weeks at the same time. You may not split the weeks up.

2. Make up classes are only given for illness or if we've canceled due to weather. They will not be given for vacations,parties,sporting events,recitals,orientations,other lessons,etc.

3. We do not allow any switching of class time. You must come to the same hour everyday!

4. If your child has special needs, you must let Cornelia know at the time of your phone registration.

5. You must mail in your deposit at the time of your registration or your spot will not be held.

6. The deposit will only be refunded for medical reason's and must be accompanied by a doctors note.

7. You must speak to Cornelia before mailing in your deposit.

8. We do not call you to remind you of your starting date.

9. If you fail to show up on the 1st day of your scheduled class, you will not receive a make up class, so please mark your calendars!

Waiting list

   We will not just put your childs name on a waiting list. You must sign up for a session. If (after you've signed up) we do put you on a waiting list, do not keep calling to see if something has opened up! We will call you if indeed something opens up. We promise!

Also, do not just call and ask what the first available session or class is. You must have a session and class time chosen, in order for us to call you back!
