ATTENTION!
We are normally closed on Saturday. This make up is only if you missed Friday the 23 due to the storm!
Regarding- Friday, July 23 and the missed classes.
If you want to come to the Saturday, July 31 class, at this time we have space left at 12 & 5 . If you can not do either of these hours, please call and leave a message saying that you can't do any of thoses times and we'll call you back. If you would like to come to one of the hours offered, please leave your name, phone #, your childs name, the time you'd like and we'll see you on Saturday, unless the time you want is full, then we'll call you back. If you are taking another session later and just want to deduct the lesson, you do not need to call us. Just remind us on the 1st day of your session.
If you would like Saturday, you do have to call first. Please call us by Thursday at the latest, so that we know how many teachers to have.You can not just show up without scheduling the class first! If you call after Thursday,we are sorry, but you will have to call to schedule the make up during one of our regular session hours Mon- Fridays.

Please note-
Your deposit is non-refundable. It will only be refunded with a doctors note stating that your child is unable to swim the whole summer, but you must first call us at 305-661-3820 and let us know this. It is not refundable for vacations,etc. Please keep this in mind when registering.
If you find you are unable to attend the session you signed up for and have already sent in your deposit,please call 305-661-3820 to reschedule for a different session and your deposit will be applied to that session instead.
If we do not receive your deposit within 5 days of your confirmed registration you will lose your child/children's spot and it will be given to someone else. This applies to everyone!!!!
If you have more then one child or are enrolled in more then one session,only one deposit form is needed. You may put siblings on the same form. The same applies for multiple sessions. No need to waste paper!
Please note
We do not call you when we receive your deposit. If you would like confirmation that we received it, you must call 305-661-3820 and ask. Please allow a few days before you call to check. We have so many call backs to do, so if you would please just wait to see if your check clears,instead of asking us to call you back, that would be appreciated. It does take us a few days to get to the bank sometimes, so please be patient.
We also do not call to remind you about your starting date, so please mark your calendars and don't forget when you are scheduled to begin!
