*Important-Attention *

If you were in session #12 (Aug.23- Sept.3)or which ever session you were in, and you have make ups we may be able to schedule some make ups in our 11,3,4,5,6 & 7 PM classes. These are the only class times we have now, but you must call first and we will schedule make ups in the order we receive the calls. Leave a message with your name, phone #, childs name, the class time you were in and how many make ups you have. You do not have to do them at this time if it's not good for you or if it fills up,you will be able to schedule them from Sept. 21- November during our maintenance program.

Your make ups will expire in November of this year and will not be good next year. We will not pro-rate any make ups next year as well. If, next year you end up with missed classes, you will have to take your make up classes in addition to your 2 week session. 

Also,make up classes may not be given or traded to friends, neighbors,cousins,etc.The child that received them,must be the one to do them. If you had siblings in a class, then you may use the make ups you have on the brother or sister you feel needs them the most, if you would like.

How to schedule your make up class or classes

If your child does end up with missed classes, you may call us after their session has ended and we will try to schedule them in as soon as we are able to do so,if this is what you'd like. You do have until November of this year to do them if you are busy now.

Also, any make ups your child ends up with may not be traded or given to friends, neighbors, etc. The child that received the make up is the only one who may use it, unless you had sibling's in the same session, then you may use make ups towards the brother or sister who may need the lessons the most if you would like. 

Do not call to schedule make ups during your session! You have to finish your session first, then call us! The reason we wait is, so that we can see how many make ups you ended up with and, we need to have seen how the session is before we can schedule you. This is to make sure that your child is put in to a class that best benefits them. You might have to wait a session or two and it might not be at the exact time that you would like, but we will do our best. Do not call during your session! You must first call the school to schedule your make up class. The number is 305-661 3820!

 You can not just show up. If you do schedule a make up class and do not show up on the day that you have scheduled, you forfeit that make up and will not be given another one. We will only pro-rate classes if you are taking another session so if you do end up with make ups this year, you must take the class this year and refunds will only be given if a medical note from a doctor states they are not allowed to swim at all in 2010. You will have until November of this year, so there's plenty of time.

*Also, make-up classes are not given on Friday's , unless the day you missed was the last Friday. They are normally done on Tues, Weds & Thurs of the 1st week of a session, unless it happens to be a busy, crying 1st week. If that is the case then we wait until the 2nd week and you may choose Mon-Thur. If you did miss your last Friday, then when you call to schedule, let us know that you missed their last day and ask if you may come in to watch!*

When you call to schedule your make-up, please just leave a message with your name, the best number to reach you, the child's name and the class time and day you prefer and Cornelia will call you back.

If you had any make up classes from 2009, and you did not take a full two week session they have now expired.
